Jaffna College Alumni Association USA (JCAA USA) aims to,

- Maintain and foster among its members, a sense of loyalty to their Alma Mater and fellowship with one another.

- Promote moral, intellectual and social welfare of its members.

- Engage in volunteer, charitable, and fund-raising activities to support Jaffna College, Jaffna College students, Jaffna College alumni preparing to study or studying in universities, and Jaffna College alumni and alumni associations.

- Safeguard the interests of Jaffna College and channel, wherever possible, all matters in USA that are pertinent to the College through the Alumni Association.
